How we build

Apps built for the businesses that depend on them.

Some apps look the part. Ours hold up under real use.
Security
Built secure by default

There's a reason vibe-coded apps keep making the news. We build the parts that don't, so your users stay safe and your business stays focused on growth.

Design
Designed by humans, not prompts

Every AI-built app starts to look the same. Yours won't, because we design it around your users, not from a template.

Scalability
Engineered to scale, not just to launch

Your app is engineered for the user numbers you want to reach, with the architecture decisions made early enough to get you there.

The deliverables

What you get
when the project ships

A working,

full-stack app

Frontend, backend, and the infrastructure underneath. All built and deployed. You finish the project with an app your users can actually use.

Your code,

your IP

Every line of code we write for you ends up in your GitHub repo, under your name. The IP transfers to you when the project ships, no lock-in, no permission needed.

Documented and

handover-ready

Everything we build comes with proper documentation. So whether your team grows into it or someone else takes it over, nothing gets lost in translation.

Post-launch support,

on your terms

Once your app is live, ongoing support is available through Paddle Portal. Everything from maintenance to new development, handled by the same team that built it.

SaaS and web apps

Subscription products and customer-facing platforms. The apps people pay to use.

Internal tools and dashboards.

The tools that replace spreadsheets, off-the-shelf software that doesn't quite fit, and the workarounds that come with both.

Member platforms and communities

Apps where the value is the users themselves. Profiles and content, with interactions designed to keep people coming back.

MVPs and product launches

Going from idea to live product, with a first version your users can actually use and your investors can actually trust.

Connected systems and integrations

Apps that connect the tools your business already runs on. Custom APIs and automated workflows that pull it all together.

Tech Stack

Full stack... whatever the build needs

Modern frameworks on scalable infrastructure. The tools picked to fit your build.

"The project Paddle created and delivered for me was outstanding. They built a website from scratch with a community embedded on the backend, based entirely on ideas that had only existed in my head. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough."

Discovery

Discovery is where we get specific on features, users, technical requirements, and success measures. By the end of it, the team has a documented scope and you have a clear roadmap for the build.

2

Design with purpose

Design turns the scope into a designed product. Flows and interfaces, with prototypes for anything that needs testing first, all done by a human designer. You sign off on the design before any production code gets written.

3

Build it properly

The engineering work happens here: auth, data handling, security, integrations, frontend, backend, all wired together properly. We test continuously and iterate as feedback comes in. Progress is shared in regular check-ins.

4

Launch with confidence

Final QA and the production deployment happen first, with monitoring set up so issues get spotted in real time. Your Paddler stays close in the first weeks of real users to catch anything unexpected.

5

Support

Support starts once the app is live. Everything from maintenance to new features, all handled through Paddle Portal by the team that built it. You skip the usual handover headache that comes with passing a project to a different agency.
