4x your marketing output. Without 4x the team.
An AI engine built into your marketing function. It runs content, search, social, paid, and data in the background. You stay in the driver's seat.

AI tools hit a ceiling. Your workload didn't.
Your team already has more AI tools than they can keep track of. And still, the backlog grows.
Because a tool is only as useful as the person driving it. Every prompt, every brief, every round of edits still lands on someone in your team. You're doing more. You're also doing more of the AI admin.
The AI Engine changes that. Planning, drafting, checking, reporting, all wired together and running in the background. Your team spends its time on strategy, taste, and the calls only a human can make. Four times the output. Without four times the headcount.

A bespoke AI operating system, run by your Paddler. The marketing capacity you've never had.
Every AI Engine is built from scratch for the team that runs it.
Your Paddler runs it for you. How involved you get is up to you.
Strategy, approvals, the final call. All yours. Your Paddler handles the rest.
A clean split between human and AI.

Your team
What you do
Once it's live, you focus on strategy and sign-off. Nothing else.

Your Paddler
The human running it

The AI Engine
Doing the work
Meet your new marketing team.

An AI Engine with a human steering it. Always.
From kickoff to live AI Engine in six weeks.
Kickoff (week 1)
Scope, goals, and introductions. We agree what the AI Engine will cover, set the success measures, and assign your Paddler. You meet the person who'll be running it on your side from day one.
Build the brain (weeks 2-4)
The most important stretch. We sit with your team and capture everything the AI Engine needs to think like you. Customer calls and transcripts. Your tone of voice. Your playbook. Your audience, your positioning, the way you'd want things done. Without this, the AI Engine is generic. With it, it's yours.
Wire it up (weeks 5-6)
With the brain built, we construct the AI Engine around it. The CMO Agent gets built. The specialist agents get built. The whole thing gets connected to the tools your team already uses, or new ones we recommend, so the AI Engine has the inputs and outputs it needs to run. By the end, it's tested and ready.
Go live (week 7 onwards)
The AI Engine starts running your marketing function. Your Paddler drives the weekly cadence and brings you anything that needs a decision. The output picks up from week one and sharpens as the AI Engine learns. Six weeks from here, it feels like it's always been on your team.
The AI Engine works because of the team behind it.
Embedded, not outsourced
The person running the AI Engine is the person you speak to. No account managers, no project managers, no layer between you and the work.
Your Paddler sits on our side of the table but works like they're on yours. You get the accountability of an in-house hire without the hiring.
Built by marketers, for marketers
Paddle Creative was founded by a marketer of 20+ years, built on the frustrations of running a marketing function without enough time, enough people, or enough of the right tools. The AI Engine is the answer to those frustrations.
That's why it covers the whole function, content, search, social, data, lifecycle, brand presence, not just one slice of it. You don't need to stitch vendors together. We already are the stitch.
Web-native, not bolted on
The AI Engine depends on the site underneath it. If your website can't be crawled, structured, or cited properly, no amount of AI will help it show up.
Paddle Creative has been building websites for the same scale-up teams the AI Engine now serves. Your Paddler knows how to tune both sides.
We built the AI Engine. Then we bet on it.
Transparent pricing. Modular setup.
Book a call and we'll onboard you.
Good questions deserve straight answers.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and the rest are tools. The AI Engine is a system built around them. A generic AI tool gives you a blank prompt and waits for you to brief it, every time. The AI Engine runs on a custom AI brain built from your company data, voice, and playbook, so it already knows how your team thinks. The CMO Agent orchestrates the work across specialist agents, running continuously across every channel. It spots things your team would miss, competitor moves, new AI search queries, gaps in your content, and brings them to your Paddler. The AI Engine doesn't replace your role as the marketing strategist. It enhances it. You still set direction. The AI Engine multiplies your reach.
Your data powers your AI Engine and nothing else. We don't share it or sell it. We also don't use it across clients, your brain is yours alone. We use enterprise API access to major AI providers, which means your data isn't used to train public AI models under their current commercial terms. Access is limited to your Paddler and Paddle Creative's senior team. Paddle Creative is a UK company, and we handle all data under UK GDPR. If you ever walk away, your data walks with you and is removed from our systems.
The AI Engine doesn't replace either. Most of our clients have both. We work alongside your existing team and tools, picking up the work that keeps falling off their plate and plugging into what you already use where it makes sense. You don't need to rip anything out to bring the AI Engine in. Your Paddler will scope it with you during onboarding.
You're committed for 3 months. After that, you can cancel monthly with 30 days' notice. If something isn't working before then, tell your Paddler. Their job is to fix it, not defend the setup. We'd rather earn the next month than hold you to one you regret. You keep your data either way.
You do. Every blog post, email, social post, and piece of research the AI Engine produces for you is yours to use, publish, and repurpose however you want. We don't retain rights to client-facing work. The only thing Paddle Creative owns is the AI Engine itself, the infrastructure that produces the work.
AI Search is a focused service for getting your company cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. It's the right starting point if AI visibility is your main problem. The AI Engine is broader. It runs AI search as one of several strands alongside content, brand presence, social, and lifecycle, all working together under one Paddler. Many clients start with AI Search and upgrade to the AI Engine when they want more of their marketing function running on it.
Not at all. Your Paddler handles everything technical. They run the AI Engine, manage the agents, and bring you the things that need a decision. You'll never be asked to write a prompt or configure an agent. During setup you'll provide access to the tools that matter (your CMS, analytics, email platform, etc.) so your Paddler can wire everything in. After that, if you can hold a weekly call and approve work, you can run the AI Engine.
No. The AI Engine is built for teams that aren't big enough to do everything. A Head of Marketing and one or two others is a typical setup. If you're a one-person marketing function inside a scale-up, this is designed for you. If you have a larger team, the AI Engine extends their reach without adding to their workload.
Start today. Get the marketing team you couldn't hire.
Tell us where your team is stretched. We'll show you what your AI Engine would cover.
