AI Engine

4x your marketing output. Without 4x the team.

An AI engine built into your marketing function. It runs content, search, social, paid, and data in the background. You stay in the driver's seat.

Something's shifted

AI tools hit a ceiling. Your workload didn't.

Your team already has more AI tools than they can keep track of. And still, the backlog grows.

Because a tool is only as useful as the person driving it. Every prompt, every brief, every round of edits still lands on someone in your team. You're doing more. You're also doing more of the AI admin.

The AI Engine changes that. Planning, drafting, checking, reporting, all wired together and running in the background. Your team spends its time on strategy, taste, and the calls only a human can make. Four times the output. Without four times the headcount.

What is the AI Engine

A bespoke AI operating system, run by your Paddler. The marketing capacity you've never had.

An AI Engine, led by a human Paddler on our side. Cadence and quality, without the headcount. Your team gets four times the output of a marketing function its size.
Every AI Engine is built from scratch for the team that runs it.
Your Paddler runs it for you. How involved you get is up to you.
Strategy, approvals, the final call. All yours. Your Paddler handles the rest.
How it works

A clean split between human and AI.

What your team does, what your Paddler does, and what the AI Engine does.

Your team
What you do
You bring the knowledge only your team has. Voice, audience, positioning, the way you'd want things done. We use it to build the brain the engine runs on.

Once it's live, you focus on strategy and sign-off. Nothing else.

Your Paddler
The human running it
Running an AI Engine takes marketing nous, strategic thinking, and serious technical skill. Your Paddler has all three, backed by a team at Paddle Creative who keep the gears turning in the background. One point of contact. The rest is our problem, not yours.

The AI Engine
Doing the work
A CMO Agent at the centre, coordinating specialist strands across your marketing function. Content, search, social, paid, data, and more, depending on what you need. It plans, drafts, tests, and reports.Nothing ships without your Paddler checking it first.
The agents

Meet your new marketing team.

The AI Engine runs on a team of specialist agents, each led by the CMO. Your Paddler runs the lot.

The build

From kickoff to live AI Engine in six weeks.

Four steps. One Paddler leading it. Your team involved where it counts.
1

Kickoff (week 1)

Scope, goals, and introductions. We agree what the AI Engine will cover, set the success measures, and assign your Paddler. You meet the person who'll be running it on your side from day one.

2

Build the brain (weeks 2-4)

The most important stretch. We sit with your team and capture everything the AI Engine needs to think like you. Customer calls and transcripts. Your tone of voice. Your playbook. Your audience, your positioning, the way you'd want things done. Without this, the AI Engine is generic. With it, it's yours.

3

Wire it up (weeks 5-6)

With the brain built, we construct the AI Engine around it. The CMO Agent gets built. The specialist agents get built. The whole thing gets connected to the tools your team already uses, or new ones we recommend, so the AI Engine has the inputs and outputs it needs to run. By the end, it's tested and ready.

4

Go live (week 7 onwards)

The AI Engine starts running your marketing function. Your Paddler drives the weekly cadence and brings you anything that needs a decision. The output picks up from week one and sharpens as the AI Engine learns. Six weeks from here, it feels like it's always been on your team.

Why Paddle Creative

The AI Engine works because of the team behind it.

Three reasons that team should be Paddle Creative.
Embedded, not outsourced

The person running the AI Engine is the person you speak to. No account managers, no project managers, no layer between you and the work.

Your Paddler sits on our side of the table but works like they're on yours. You get the accountability of an in-house hire without the hiring.

Built by marketers, for marketers

Paddle Creative was founded by a marketer of 20+ years, built on the frustrations of running a marketing function without enough time, enough people, or enough of the right tools. The AI Engine is the answer to those frustrations.

That's why it covers the whole function, content, search, social, data, lifecycle, brand presence, not just one slice of it. You don't need to stitch vendors together. We already are the stitch.

Web-native, not bolted on

The AI Engine depends on the site underneath it. If your website can't be crawled, structured, or cited properly, no amount of AI will help it show up.

Paddle Creative has been building websites for the same scale-up teams the AI Engine now serves. Your Paddler knows how to tune both sides.

Proof

We built the AI Engine. Then we bet on it.

Before we sold it, we ran it at SuperMoo, our own startup. Here's what happened.
